Pittsburgh, PA (April 8, 2009) - PITT OHIO EXPRESS will participate in Earth Day activities across its 21 terminal network throughout the month of April. The company is doing its part to remind its employees, their families and friends, and the community that PITT OHIO EXPRESS is Always Thinking Green.
Employees from the company's 7 Pennsylvania terminals have participated in the "Great PA Cleanup" for 5 years. PITT OHIO EXPRESS is expanding its green efforts to include employees from all of its 21 terminals in the Mid-Atlantic region. Employees are encouraged to bring their family and friends and participate in community improvement activities such as picking up litter, landscaping, gardening, and other Earth Day beautification projects during the month of April.
